Payment options
We have 2 payment options when buying online from Pinocchio Kids:
- EFT
- Pay online with Visa/Mastercard
Should you choose to pay via EFT, select this option at checkout. We will then send you an invoice. Please make payment and send your proof of payment to info@pinocchiokids.co.za using your order number as reference. Your order will only be processed once we have received the proof of payment.
Alternatively, you can make an online payment. We use PayFast to process credit cards. The order will be automatically marked as paid on our side and your order will be processed immediately.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 working days. Some of our products are custom made and have longer lead times (1-2 weeks). Please take note of this on the products description page.
Can I return my product?
Yes. If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of date of delivery. You will be liable for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. You will then be able to choose something else or we will offer you a refund once we have received the item unopened and in sale-able condition.
