DELIVERY
We offer door-to-door courier service via The Courier Guy to all main centers in South Africa. For outlying areas, please contact us for a quote. For wholesale orders please contact us for a shipping quote.
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order.
We have a flat courier rate for most of our products nationwide. Some of our larger items incur extra courier fees, which will be displayed in the product description. If you purchase other goods with this large item, you will only be charged the larger item’s shipping rate.

- Standard Courier: R115 (Flat Rate)
- Large Items Courier: R150+
Courier within Cape Town takes 1-2 working days and other areas between 2-3 working days. Please also note the lead times on the manufacture of certain products.
RETURNS
If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. You will then be able to choose something else from the shop or we will offer you a refund once we have received the item unopened and in sale-able condition.
